Itinerary Highlights
Day 1 Arrival Delhi
Reach Delhi Railway Station in the morning around 11 am. Pick-up and transfer to hotel. Later, we will take a guided tour of Old Delhi, Visiting the great Jama Masjid. Later we walk down or take a rickshaw ride through Chandi Chowk, Red Fort. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2 Delhi
After breakfast, we visit Raj Ghat, India Gate, and President’s House.
We will also visit Humayun's Tomb and Qutab Minar. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 3 Delhi – Agra (210 kms/approx. 4 hours)
Drive to Agra, on arrival, check-in and visit Agra Fort & Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday), symbol of eternal love, which stands on the banks of River Yamuna.
Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 4 Agra – Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (244 kms/approx. 5 to 6 hours)
Drive to Jaipur, popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colorful capital of Rajasthan.
Enroute we will visit Fatehpur Sikri (Ghost Capital).
We visit Emperor Akbar's Residential complex, Mosque & Tomb of Salim Chisti.
Short city orientation tour of Jaipur. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 5 Jaipur
Excursion to Amber Fort (will take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience).
Later we visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) & Nahargarh Fort.
Evening at leisure to carry out shopping activities as Jaipur is known as Shopper’s Paradise. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 6 Jaipur - Udaipur (415 km – 9 to 10 hr.)
After breakfast, we drive to Udaipur, also known as the "City of Lakes & Palaces". On arrival, check-in to hotel. Overnight at the Hotel – Udaipur.
Day 7 Udaipur
In Udaipur, we visit City Palace, an intriguing collection of buildings contributed by various Maharanas (Kings) after Udai Singh & built in the year 1725. Sahelion ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) is an ornamental garden built by the King for his daughter & the ladies of the Queen's court.
Later we visit Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple, built in the year 1651. Enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the beauty of the lake is enhanced by the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing Ghats & embankments.
Optional Tour - Sound & Light Show / Vintage Car Collection. Overnight at the Hotel – Udaipur.
Day 8 Udaipur – Ahmedabad (263 kms/approx. 6 hours)
After breakfast, drive to Ahmedabad. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Later, visit Calico museum, Gandhi’s Ashram, Jhulta Minar, Ahmed Shah Mosque and Bhadra Fort.
Day 9 Ahmedabad – Kutch (402 kms/approx. 8 to 9 hours)
Today after breakfast drive to Rann of Kutch.
Arrive at the Hodka Village (Rann of Kutch) an out of the ordinary and lesser known village of the Kutch region for a stay in the rustic setting of camp resort on the edge of the Great Rann of Kutch.
Enjoy your dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.
Day 11 Kutch – Rajkot (300 kms/approx. 7 hours)
After breakfast, drive to Rajkot. On arrival, check-in to hotel. Visit ISKCON Temple, Gebanshah Pir Dargah, Aji Dam & Watson Museum.
Day 12 Rajkot – Sasan Gir (140 kms/approx. 3.5 hrs)
Day 13 Sasan Gir National Park
Day 14 Sasan Gir – Velvadar National Park (215 kms/approx. 5.5 hours)
Day 15 Velvadar National Park – Ahmedabad (171 kms/approx. 4 hours)
Enjoy morning game drive at the Velvadar Park. After breakfast, drive to Ahmedabad. On arrival, check-in to hotel. If time permits, enjoy shopping at local textile markets.
