Itinerary Highlights

Day 1 Arrival at Ahmedabad

  • On arrival at Ahmedabad airport, transfer to hotel. Later, visit Calico museum, Gandhi’s Ashram, Jhulta Minar, Ahmed Shah Mosque and Bhadra Fort.

Day 2 Ahmedabad – Bhuj (331 kms/approx. 8 hours)

  • After breakfast, drive to Bhuj. On arrival, check-in to hotel.

  • Visit Pragmahal Palace and Aina Mahal.

Day 3 Bhuj – Kutch (75 kms/approx. 2.5 hours)

  • Today after breakfast drive to Rann of Kutch.

  • Arrive at the Hodka Village (Rann of Kutch) an out of the ordinary and lesser known village of the Kutch region for a stay in the rustic setting of Shaan-e-Sarhad camp resort on the edge of the Great Rann of Kutch.

  • Enjoy your dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4 Kutch

  • Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast. Spend the day soaking in the extraordinary environment of the ‘White Desert’.

  • Enjoy your dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

Day 5 Kutch – Rajkot (300 kms/approx. 7 hours)

  • After breakfast, drive to Rajkot. On arrival, check-in to hotel. Visit ISKCON Temple, Gebanshah Pir Dargah, Aji Dam & Watson Museum.

Day 6 Rajkot – Dwarka (225 kms/approx. 5 hours)

  • After breakfast, drive to Dwarka. Upon arrival visit Bet Dwarka. In the evening witness Aarti at the Dwarka Temple.

Day 7 Dwarka – Sasan Gir (250 kms/approx. 5 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Sasan Gir, Enroute visit Somnath Temple. On arrival check-in to your Jungle resort.

Day 8 Sasan Gir National Park

  • The Sanctuary famous as the home for the Asian Lions. Today enjoy Game morning and afternoon game drive at the Sanctuary.

Day 9 Sasan Gir – Diu (98 kms/approx. 2.5 hours)

  • After having freshen up, transfer to Diu. Visit local beaches and Diu Fort.

Day 10 Diu – Velvadar National Park (200 kms/approx. 4.5 hours)

  • After breakfast, drive to Bhavnagar. On arrival, check-in to hotel and start excursion of Velvadar National Park which is 40 kms from Bhavnagar. The National Park is famous for the Blackbucks.

Day 11 Velvadar National Park – Ahmedabad (171 kms/approx. 4 hours)

  • Enjoy morning game drive at the Velvadar Park. After breakfast, drive to Ahmedabad. On arrival, check-in to hotel. If time permits, enjoy shopping at local textile markets.

Day 12 Ahmedabad Departure

  • On time check-out from hotel and transfer to Ahmedabad airport for onwards journey.
